A refund is provided if the service does not work for 48 hours due to a cause attributable to NEXOMED. This commercial guarantee supplements applicable statutory rights.

Contact support@nexomad.com or our WhatsApp with your plan, device, outage start and troubleshooting already attempted. We examine the incident and its cause. You can submit your request by email to keep a written record.
Terms to confirm before subscribing
Whether the 48 hours are consecutive or cumulative, their starting point, a full or pro-rata amount, and processing and payment deadlines must still be specified. No unconfirmed amount or deadline is promised here.
Withdrawal and statutory guarantees
Statutory withdrawal and conformity rights apply according to your circumstances. Activating digital content does not automatically remove withdrawal rights: any exception requires the conditions set by law, including required consents and contractual confirmation.
