How do I request the free 24 hours?

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Both subscriptions last a year. Standard costs €30 and offers over 25,000 channels and 150,000 films and series. Premium costs €50 and offers over 50,000 channels and 250,000 films and series. Check the availability of your preferred programmes with us.
Which devices can I use?
The service is offered for compatible Smart TVs, smartphones, tablets and computers. Support depends on the model and application. Contact us before subscribing to check your device and any application fees.
What happens after the trial?
After your trial, you freely decide whether to subscribe. Payment, activation and renewal terms are provided before purchase. Clicking a WhatsApp link does not place an order.
What if the service stops working?
A refund is provided if the service does not work for 48 hours due to a problem attributable to NEXOMED. Contact us with the outage details. See the refund policy for the terms still to be specified and your rights.
