Data and purposes
This site has no customer account or payment form. Your language and privacy preferences may be stored in this browser. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a subscription. Do not send passwords or bank details. The hosting provider may process technical connection data for site operation and security.
Legal bases and recipients
Trial and subscription enquiries rely on requested pre-contractual steps. Support and security rely on contract performance or legitimate interests as appropriate. Meta advertising measurement relies on consent. Recipients include NEXOMED and, depending on your actions, hosting and email providers, WhatsApp and Meta. Providers may process data outside the EU under their terms and safeguards; the contractual list and applicable safeguards must still be documented.
Advertising and retention
The Meta pixel loads only after permission and measures page visits and commercial WhatsApp clicks. Your advertising choice is stored for 180 days and can be changed through “Manage my cookies”. Your language choice remains until changed or browser storage is cleared. Retention periods for messages and technical logs must be defined before publication; invoice retention depends on applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
